The article discusses using a system of trading quotas for greenhouse gas emissions as a way to reduce emissions in Ukraine and meet its commitments under the Paris Agreement. Many countries and regions already use this system to control emissions. Implementing this system in Ukraine could help the country move towards a more sustainable economy. Key measures include energy efficiency, renewable energy, and carbon taxes.
