By identifying and addressing conflicting interests early on, project managers can allocate resources effectively. The researchers developed a framework that combines stakeholder viewpoints and project management strategies to rank potential conflicts. They applied this framework to a green building project in Iran, showing that early assessment of conflicts can enhance stakeholder engagement and support sustainable goals.
