The article presents a new framework to help ceramic tile industry managers in Yazd manage business challenges in a sustainable way. The researchers used a hybrid framework of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and quality function deployment (QFD) model to prioritize effective strategies. The findings show that government regulations promoting sustainable supply chain practices and managing non-renewable resources are crucial for addressing today's business challenges. This approach can help managers focus on the interaction between managing challenges and achieving sustainable supply chain goals.
