Logistics is crucial for retail businesses in Vietnam to have goods available and delivered quickly. A study identified problems in logistics for Vietnamese retail companies, which hinders their efficiency and competitiveness. By using methods like observation and interviews, the study looked at issues in logistics and analyzed the logistics practices of Vinmart stores. The study found that improving logistics activities can help Vietnamese retail businesses become more competitive in the market.
