Drip fertigation saved water, improved onion growth, increased yield, and made better use of water and fertilizer. It also increased the efficiency of using nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizers, and kept the soil nutrients balanced. This method can be a good way to grow onions in protected fields.
