The article explores how the World Economic Crisis affected the Russian economy, focusing on its financial and real sectors. By using a complex research method, the origins, spread, and consequences of the crisis were analyzed. Due to Russia's weak financial system, the country was unprepared for the full-scale crisis, leading to an industrial slump.
