The goal of the study is to boost economic development in West China by understanding and utilizing the knowledge-based economy. To achieve this, the region should focus on improving rural and life education, as well as developing industries unique to the area. By doing so, West China can better adapt to the challenges posed by the knowledge-based economy and enhance its overall economic growth.
