Increasing evaporation in Nanjing City linked to climate change impact.
The study looked at how evaporation changed in Nanjing City from 1985 to 2010. They used data from an evaporator to analyze the trends and reasons for the changes. The results showed that evaporation increased over the years, especially in spring, summer, and autumn. Winter evaporation didn't change much. Factors like temperature, humidity, and sunlight affected evaporation. Evaporation was most related to humidity, temperature, and pressure. This research helps understand water resources and climate changes in Nanjing.
