Forest pests can harm forests and impact the economy and biodiversity. Monitoring these pests helps us understand their effects and manage forests better. A special issue with 13 papers looked at changes in forest pests in Korea, Poland, and elsewhere. The papers covered monitoring, assessment, and management of forest pests. The goal was to improve our knowledge of how pests affect forests and help manage them effectively.
