The article introduces new models for data analysis that can better evaluate efficiency by considering all input and output components. By using multi-criteria structures and ratio-based models, the researchers developed more accurate ways to calculate efficiency scores. These new models help address issues like underestimating efficiency and ignoring certain factors in traditional analysis. Through a numerical example, the study shows that the proposed models can improve efficiency evaluations compared to previous methods.
