The article compares the number of workers in agricultural cooperatives and other types of farming businesses in Poland. The researchers looked at data from 2009 to 2015 to see if cooperatives create more jobs and if this affects their profits. They found that while some entities create many jobs, there isn't a big difference in employment levels between cooperatives and other farms. However, increasing employment can boost profits for some businesses.
