Teamwork is crucial in medical rehabilitation, but it's lacking in Iran. A study identified barriers to teamwork in providing rehabilitation services. Researchers interviewed 32 participants in Shiraz and Tehran. They found that key barriers include disorganized planning, poor communication, lack of funds, inadequate education, cultural beliefs, and lack of experience. To improve rehabilitation teamwork, understanding and addressing these barriers is essential.
