Technology uncertainty in supply chains can disrupt material flow, but involving suppliers can help. This study looked at how buyer dependence, supplier dependence, and interdependence affect supplier involvement in coping with technology uncertainty. They found that technology uncertainty leads to increased supplier involvement. Buyer dependence and interdependence strengthen this relationship, while supplier dependence weakens it. This research shows that the relationship between buyers and suppliers is crucial in managing technology uncertainty in supply chains.
