Electric vehicles face issues with battery overheating, affecting performance. A new method using computer modeling was developed to improve battery cooling. By optimizing design, the battery volume decreased by 29.21%, temperature differences across cells reduced by 35.66%, and temperature consistency improved by 78.69%. This approach enhances battery safety and performance.
