Public involvement is crucial for successful infrastructure projects. Early engagement of stakeholders can enhance project value. A case study approach was used to analyze stakeholder roles and relationships. The study found that involving stakeholders from the beginning can improve project effectiveness, sustainability, and utility. A stakeholder analysis framework was proposed for infrastructure projects, highlighting both opportunities and challenges in stakeholder management. The research was limited by a small sample size and the focus on a specific case study, but it still provided valuable insights into the importance of stakeholder engagement in infrastructure projects.
