The study analyzed water management in Henan Province using 11 indicators from water, economy, and society. They found that water resource utilization in the province is stable and improving. Cities like Zhengzhou and Luoyang have the best water management, while others like Kaifeng and Anyang also do well. The study showed a strong link between water management and economic development, but a weaker link with social development.
