Facilities management involves integrating people, place, process, and technology to properly maintain buildings and assets. By combining Building Information Modelling (BIM) with FM, a more advanced system is created for managing buildings and assets digitally. BIM allows for accurate virtual models of buildings to be constructed, aiding in planning, design, construction, and operation. The researchers collected data from UMP Holdings and used Revit Software to identify manual data records and apply new schedule data for FM in BIM. The main goal of the paper is to discuss the concept and implementation of FM with BIM.
