Clay-rich soil areas in Egypt show higher water and nutrient levels.
Geostatistics was used to study soil properties at Kalabshow Farm. Clay content varied due to management practices. Available water was low because of low clay content. Soils were non-saline with varying bulk density and pH levels. Soil organic matter was low. Soluble and exchangeable potassium levels varied. Areas with high clay content had higher water, EC, SOM, and potassium levels. Areas with more sand had lower values.
