Constitutional Protection Needed to Prevent Social Tragedies from Land Expropriation
Land expropriation in China has caused social problems because the government doesn't protect farmers' rights well. The government has too much power in deciding land issues, which leads to unfair treatment of farmers. To fix this, the constitution should give farmers more say in land decisions and create a way to check if the government is following the rules.
