Hubei Province's Water Resources Capacity Boosted by Reservoir Storage Expansion.
The study looked at how much water Hubei province in China can handle for economic growth. They found that the province's water resources have been increasing each year. By adding reservoir water storage to the calculation, they saw that the amount of water available per area is the main limit. This means that the province can only use a certain amount of water per unit of land. The study also found that obstacles are affecting about 19.24% of the average water capacity each year.
