Climate change impacting vegetation differently in arid and humid regions of China.
The study looked at how plants in different regions of China respond to climate factors like temperature and rainfall. They found that plants in dry areas are more affected by rainfall, while plants in semi-dry areas are sensitive to both temperature and rainfall. In humid regions, plants are mostly influenced by temperature. The researchers also discovered that plant growth in winter can impact summer temperatures and rainfall. In one region, plant growth in spring affects summer temperatures.
