Researchers reviewed methods from existing literature and technical standards to compare their effectiveness. There is no one-size-fits-all method due to the diverse purposes of these assessments. The analysis revealed different ways to classify methods, balance energy, set performance benchmarks, utilize computer tools, and ensure data accuracy. The study also identified gaps and future research possibilities in this field.
