Optimal nitrogen levels and planting densities boost rice yield to new heights!
The study tested different nitrogen levels and planting densities for rice variety Y Liangyou 2. Results showed that with 180 kg of nitrogen per hectare and a row spacing of 30 cm x 21.6 cm, the highest yield of 10521.62 kg per hectare was achieved. This combination also led to optimal spike-grain structure, with 2767700 seedlings and 2536400 effective spikes per hectare.
