Employees who feel supported and trust their organization are more likely to identify with it. A study in the electronics sector found that organizational trust and support directly impact organizational identification. However, organizational prestige does not indirectly affect this relationship. The study used surveys and structural equation modeling to analyze data from 191 participants. The results suggest that organizational trust and support play a crucial role in how employees identify with their organization.
