Absenteeism and Turnover Threaten Organizational Performance in India.
Absenteeism and labor turnover can harm a company's performance by disrupting daily operations and causing employees to break rules. This study looked at how these issues affect a specific organization in India. The results show that some aspects of performance were rated very good or good, but others were average, poor, or extremely poor. Overall, absenteeism and turnover seem to have an average impact on the organization's performance.
