The study looked at how different ways of managing credit risks affect how well microfinance institutions in Bangladesh perform. They collected data from 125 officers at 35 microfinance institutions and found that certain factors like credit policy, risk control, and collection procedures have a positive impact on credit performance. These findings can help policymakers improve strategies for managing credit risks and make microfinance institutions more successful in the long run.
