Working capital management directly impacts a company's profitability and sustainability. The goal of the study was to investigate how working capital management affects the profitability of selected companies in the Istanbul Stock Exchange from 2005 to 2008. The researchers used panel data methods to analyze these effects. The key finding was that finding a balance between profitability and risk in managing working capital is crucial for companies to maintain their market value.
