The study looked at different leadership styles in Chennai corporate hospitals. Transformational leadership was found to have a positive impact, while transactional and laissez-faire styles had negative effects on hospital management. It is suggested that hospitals should hire leaders with transformational styles and provide training to current leaders to improve their leadership approach.
