Bank finance, especially from GCB, is crucial for small businesses in Ghana. A study looked at how GCB's SME LOAN impacts Small Scale Industries. They surveyed 170 people, including GCB staff and SME owners who used the loan. Results show that using GCB's SME LOAN led to increased profits for both customers and the bank. Challenges identified were the need for more money, lower interest rates, better advertising, and longer bridge loan periods. To help more SMEs, GCB should increase loan amounts and extend bridge loan periods.
