Robotic Process Automation (RPA) helps organizations work more efficiently by using software robots to do tasks that humans usually do. Many companies are already using RPA, but there isn't much research about it yet. This lack of research makes it hard to improve RPA and understand how it works. A recent review of existing studies found several important topics and challenges that need more investigation in the future.
