The article discusses how technogenic placers are dredged using a specific method. It looks at the positive and negative aspects of this dredging technique and analyzes the results. The use of multi-unit dredges in specific conditions is described, along with observations on changes in dredging parameters and equipment utilization. Recommendations are given to improve dredging efficiency, including the use of controlled dredging to change chip parameters. The article also suggests ways to enhance existing technical solutions and develop new technologies for placer dredging.
