The study looked at wind patterns in Shenzhen from 2009 to 2018 using data from 92 weather stations. They found that over the past decade, most stations had decreasing wind speeds, especially in spring. Wind speeds were higher in the east and coastal areas. The prevailing wind direction was northerly from September to March and southerly from April to August. There were two main types of wind patterns in different seasons. This information can help with wind forecasting and risk assessment in Shenzhen.
