The article discusses the need to update Croatia's land cadastre to include 3D data. Over the years, different survey methods have led to varied accuracy and completeness of cadastral data. The researchers propose using the Land Administration Domain Model to improve the data model and support a 3D cadastre. They suggest enhancements to the cadastral resurvey process for better registration of public rights and parts of properties. The goal is to bring the Real Property Cadastre closer to a true 3D register.
