A new chaotic system in the complex field was introduced, similar to the Lorenz system but simpler. It has circular equilibria and multiple attractors, leading to chaotic behavior. The system shows coexistence of many attractors, not seen in the traditional complex-variable Lorenz system. The researchers used phase portraits, bifurcation diagrams, and Lyapunov exponent spectrum to analyze the system's dynamics.
