The article discusses how universities face challenges in managing their procurement processes efficiently. To address this, a new information management system was developed to streamline the tendering and procurement tasks. By integrating budgeting, planning, execution, contracts, and payment processes, the system proved to be effective in improving management efficiency in domestic universities.
