They found that knowing about green products and having a positive attitude towards them doesn't really affect whether people want to buy them. However, caring about the environment does make people more likely to want to buy eco-friendly cosmetics. And when people want to buy these products, they usually end up buying them. So, it's important for companies like The Body Shop to educate customers about the benefits of using eco-friendly products for both the environment and themselves.
