New CT Imaging Reveals Severity of 2019-nCoV Pneumonia Outbreak.
A 33-year-old woman with a history of fever and cough was diagnosed with 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) pneumonia. CT imaging showed multiple ground-glass opacities in both lungs, a common feature of this type of pneumonia. Despite treatment with interferon inhalation, her condition worsened with progressive lung opacities seen on follow-up CT scans. This study highlights the importance of CT imaging in diagnosing and monitoring patients with 2019-nCoV pneumonia.
