New Evaluation System Boosts Efficiency of Industrial Logistics, Cuts Costs & Risks.
The article explores how to measure the efficiency of logistics systems in industrial companies. It introduces four key factors for evaluation: logistics costs, service quality, cycle duration, and risks. The study identified specific costs and risks for these companies and suggested ways to assess efficiency levels in terms of cost, risk resilience, service quality, and cycle duration. These assessments led to the creation of an overall efficiency indicator for industrial logistics systems.
