Document clustering is a method that groups similar documents together and separates dissimilar ones. Researchers reviewed 95 papers and selected 30 to analyze different algorithms for document clustering. They found that various techniques and modifications have been proposed by researchers to improve document clustering for information retrieval systems. The goal was to help researchers understand the current and future research opportunities in this field.
