The article identifies factors that influence key supplier retention in the electric and electronics industry in Malaysia. Data from 112 managers in the industry showed that supplier engagement, quality, infrastructure, and commitment are important for supplier retention. Additionally, sharing confidential information positively impacts key supplier retention. Suppliers in this industry should focus on these factors to stay as preferred suppliers for manufacturing companies.
