The study presents a model to help public institutions protect their information assets and prevent leaks. This model is based on a 5-level system and aims to improve the level of information security in public institutions by providing a framework for assessing and enhancing their capabilities in protecting information assets. The model was analyzed through expert interviews and surveys with public institutions, showing potential for enhancing their information security levels.
