Knowledge sharing positively impacts the technological innovation capability of small software companies in China. Factors like organizational culture, leadership, and IT support play a significant role in promoting knowledge sharing. Both explicit and tacit knowledge sharing contribute to enhancing technological innovation capabilities. This study suggests practical recommendations for small software companies to improve knowledge sharing and innovation. The research provides a new perspective on how knowledge management influences innovation in small software enterprises.
