The article examines how accounting information affects the market value of manufacturing firms in Nigeria. Data from 23 firms over 10 years was analyzed. The study found that earnings per share, return on equity, and dividend per share positively impact the market value of these firms. In fact, these variables explain 79% of the variation in market value. The research suggests that firms should focus on improving these factors to enhance their market value.
