The article discusses the current issues in civil law in Ukraine and its connections with other branches of law. It looks at how civil law interacts with labor law, business law, administrative law, criminal law, information law, and financial law. The researchers found that civil law is a key part of the legal system in Ukraine and cannot exist independently from other branches of law. They emphasize the importance of cooperation between lawmakers, theorists, and practitioners to develop a balanced legal system. The study highlights the need to understand how civil law interacts with other areas of Ukrainian law to ensure a stable and efficient legal system.
