They found that one type of sorghum, called G2, is the most suitable for this region because it produces a lot of grain, grows well, and matures early. This type of sorghum was officially approved for farmers to use in 2017. It is recommended to produce a lot of seeds for this type of sorghum, spread it to more areas, and encourage farmers to use it.
