Improved supplier trust and innovation boost performance in death service companies.
The study looked at how trust between suppliers and companies, supplier innovation, and the relationship between buyers and suppliers affect the performance of suppliers in death service companies in Surabaya, Indonesia. They found that when there is trust between the buyer and supplier, it leads to more innovation from the supplier. Additionally, a strong relationship between the buyer and supplier directly improves supplier innovation. Ultimately, supplier innovation, buyer-supplier relationship, and supplier trust all have a positive impact on the performance of suppliers in death service companies in Surabaya.
