Pension reform in Ukraine fails to provide decent standard of living.

Ukraine's system is not meeting the needs of pensioners due to various issues like an aging population and lack of proper funding. Other countries have successfully reformed their systems to ensure retirees have a decent standard of living. The Chilean model, in particular, is seen as effective because it uses cumulative and voluntary pension systems that help citizens financially.
