The article explores how the Eurasian Economic Union countries can integrate their electric power sectors. Researchers developed a methodology to assess long-term integration scenarios based on economic and mathematical methods. By analyzing energy consumption and capacity forecasts, they projected growth in electricity consumption and generation capacities for 2018-2040. The study emphasizes the need for further development of a common electric power market in the EAEU countries to achieve long-term integration benefits.
