A semi-automatic cassava planter was created to make planting cassava easier and more efficient. It has different parts like a hopper, roller-picker, cutting unit, and more. The planter was tested in the field and worked well, meeting the requirements of a planter with a 95.45% efficiency rate. Further tests will be done to see how the planter performs at different speeds and with different wheel arrangements. This new planter will help reduce planting costs, increase cassava production, and make planting cassava less tiring.
