Indonesian Textile Industry Faces Global Market Challenges and Opportunities.
The study looked at how competitive Indonesian textile products are in the global market and identified potential new export markets. They used methods called Revealed Comparative Advantage and Export Product Dynamics. The results showed that Indonesian textile products are losing market share in some countries but have good prospects in others like Austria, Canada, and Sweden. The study also found that the Indonesian textile industry is not very competitive in terms of factors like demand, industry support, and strategy.
